Michele brings 30 years of experience in management, marketing and development to Kids Kicking Cancer.
Prior to joining the organization, she was at Nefesh B’Nefesh where she was director of Planned Giving & Endowments and a director of regional areas. There she focused on creating opportunities for immigrants to effectively plan and acclimate to their lives in Israel. To enable such growth, she developed synergies and facilitate relationships with local and international businesses, government offices, municipalities and NGOs.
Prior to moving to Israel, Michele worked in PR and Marketing at UJA-Federation and later opened her own firm where her clients included the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services (JBFCS) and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). She has also been a partner in Israel Info-Access and @The Source Israel an on-line magazine, a forerunner of the online info on non-political aspects of Israel.
Michele is a founder of Meitarim Raanana, a pluralistic middle and high school. She sits on the board of Re-Specs. She is a former board member of Shomera for a Better Environment She co-chaired the English speaking Sharon area program for the Israel Women’s network and volunteered at the L.O. Combat Violence Against Women.
