Keyantee’ is responsible for human resource strategies, practices and programs including total rewards, talent management, employee relations, labor relations, contract negotiations, arbitration, recruitment and retention, HR systems and learning and organizational development, and employee health & wellness for Trinity Health.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a MBA in Management from Walsh University. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and holds professional certifications from both HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) and SHRM (Society of Human Resource Professionals).
Keyantee’ resides in Romulus, MI with her husband Anthony Davis Jr. and their two children, Alyssa and Kaleb.
