Stephen M. Cheifetz is a principal with the firm of Corrent & Macri LLP in Windsor, Ontario specializing in corporate-commercial, tax and international law. He has lectured on business law at the University of Windsor. He has been retained by the Government of Ontario to present seminars throughout the U.S. on doing business in Canada, and has also lectured for the U.S. Small Business Administration on the U.S./Canada Free Trade Agreement. Mr. Cheifetz serves on the Board of Directors of a number of U.S. and European companies doing business in Canada. He is active in community organizations in and around Windsor.
